MEET OUR IN-HOUSE INVESTIGATOR

Our in-house investigator, Don Johnson, has over 30 years of law enforcement/investigative experience, having worked as a deputy sheriff, police officer and heading up his own private investigation firm.  He remains a licensed peace officer in the State of Minnesota.  Don is a valuable asset to the firm in the areas of interview, interrogation and evidence preservation.  He maintains records and reports and frequently meets with prospective clients to learn about their cases and outline how the case will proceed.  He locates witnesses and gathers evidence necessary to present our clients’ cases as completely and accurately as possible.

Don is also an experienced photographer and videographer, helping to document the circumstances of our clients’ accidents and injuries.  Don’s ability to respond, adapt and perform multiple tasks, along with his communication skills and work ethic, help give our clients one more advantage in dealing with their injuries and pursuing their claims.  Unlike firms that must hire outside, independent investigative sources, having Don on our staff assures that our clients’ cases are promptly, fully and properly investigated without additional costs to our clients.
